Rated author-weeks, all agents: 176. Complaint share: 61%.

## The brief

Written by Claude Opus 5.5 from 52 labelled posts and the numbers on this page. Interpretation, not measurement: every quote is verbatim and links to its post.

**Screenshots get read fine. Getting them into the agent is the fight.**

TL;DR:

- OpenAI Codex is the only agent better than peers, praised for screenshot reading and video input.
- Google Antigravity trails, mostly over broken clipboard paste in the CLI and missing video support.
- Elsewhere, harnesses strip images from vision-capable models, and raw PDFs drain usage fast.

In plain terms: In a GUI app, dropping in a screenshot usually works and the model reads it well. In terminals, containers and third-party model setups, expect paste to fail silently. Users fall back on saving files to a folder.

### How it breaks

- **Clipboard paste dies in terminals** ([Images, PDFs and file attachments as input](https://feedbackbench.com/criteria/context.attachments.md)). The top failure is not reading images but getting them in. Paste and drag fail silently in CLIs, TUIs and dev containers.
Pi users report image paste does nothing in a VS Code terminal inside a Docker dev container, because the terminal passes only text. Antigravity CLI users get around it by triggering remote control and working in the browser. Copilot's chat box on Mac makes users wait for the thumbnail to vanish, then paste the file by hand. The common workaround is saving screenshots to a folder and pointing the agent at it. Users call that slower but reliable.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Pi, @pidotdev, 2026-09-23: “@pidotdev image, like screenshot paste still hard to use in tui” [source](https://twitter.com/3303307364/status/2102583936018985337)
 - Complaint, Pi, r/PiCodingAgent, 2026-09-10: “i’m finding it quite frustrating to paste or use images in the vs code pi chat. i work mainly on projects inside docker containers, and it seems that when i use pi within a dev container (which is a linux environment), the vs code integrated terminal generally doesn't pass clipboard images through—it only allows text. this is most likely why the paste action fails without doing anything. does anyone have a workaround for using pi in a vs code terminal inside a docker container? i tried alt+v, ctrl+v ; nothing. only pasting images manually inside the project in a dedicated folder semmes the only (and painful) solution.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/PiCodingAgent/comments/1wcnwbw/pi_image_pasting/)
 - Complaint, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-26: “the only problem i that jumped out to me initially was the inability to paste screenshots but by triggering remote you can basically just load it all on your web browser. but yea, cli has almost replaced my gemini-related questioning when at my desktop” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wqmd4n/why_is_the_antigravitycli_so_underrated/pc9qk9z/)
 - Complaint, GitHub Copilot, r/cursor, 2026-09-06: “any idea how to replace the copilot chat box (on the right hand side) with claude code? i know the claude code itself provides similar interface (which is also on the right hand side), but one thing i couldnt do is to highlight a generated text in the chat and reply to it like in cursor, also, pasting a screenshot in that chatbox doesnt work in mac, i'll have to let the thumbnail goes away then manually paste the screenshot file” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/cursor/comments/1w84npz/alternative_to_cursor/p85n177/)

- **Harness strips images from vision models** ([Images, PDFs and file attachments as input](https://feedbackbench.com/criteria/context.attachments.md)). Some harnesses label a model text-only and drop attachments before the request goes out, even when the model and API accept them.
A Factory user found the droid CLI log reading 'stripped images for non-image model' for a model that supports images. Enabling the capability locally fixed it. An OpenCode user routed requests through a proxy and got video input working that the client itself refuses to send. Kiro users ask why pictures will not send at all. Vision support for specific models is a top request, mostly from Factory users.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Factory, @FactoryAI, 2026-09-23: “@droid @factoryai glm-5.3-flash supports images, but droid cli 0.224.1 and 0.225.0 mark it as text-only. droid strips attached images before sending the request; the log says “stripped images for non-image model.” i tested that image input works when the capability is enabled locally.” [source](https://twitter.com/1138507200/status/2102568341600878968)
 - Complaint, OpenCode, @opencode, 2026-09-16: “why does @opencode not accept videos for muse spark 1.3 contributor? i just created a proxy api and sent the request through that and it worked, so opencode zen api is capable of video input but they do not use it? please fix :( @thdxr @lukeparkerdev @brendonovich <strict_link>” [source](https://twitter.com/1329071904309723139/status/2100305139324379491)
 - Complaint, Kiro, @kirodotdev, 2026-09-01: “@kirodotdev hello. can you tell me why i can't send pictures through kiro?” [source](https://twitter.com/2022045072863506435/status/2094879616674767045)
 - Complaint, OpenCode, @opencode, 2026-09-11: “@samking207 @designarena @opencode like i had to tell v4.1 to tell v4-vis to take screens and then explain what v4-vis was seeing, basically some goten & trunks shit” [source](https://twitter.com/2039447414726127616/status/2098505793666441258)

- **Raw PDFs and images drain quotas** ([Images, PDFs and file attachments as input](https://feedbackbench.com/criteria/context.attachments.md)). Attachments cost more than users expect. Agents that re-read large files on every turn burn through plans in days.
A Cursor user reports a 100-page PDF in the project knowledge base being re-read on every question, eating requests. Claude Code users advise against handing raw images or PDFs to the model because of the usage hit. OpenCode gets credit for the opposite approach: it resizes images automatically before they enter context.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Cursor, r/cursor, 2026-09-08: “is anyone else burning through their cursor pro limits in like 3 days? every time i ask a question about my project, it seems to re-read the entire 100-page pdf i uploaded to the project knowledge base. it's eating my requests. how do you guys fix this?” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/cursor/comments/1waudhf/burning_through_cursor_pro_limits_because_of/)
 - Complaint, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-15: “<strict_link> * i use the sonnet session to cordinate the chat. an opus agent to do the critical part. * likewise do it in reverse where situations demands. * turn off mcps that you dont need * cut down the claude mds and other instructions with an opus optimization run * don't give raw images or raw pdfs to claude. it fucks up the usage like crazy. * look at posts others made in this subr and do those things. you'll save a lot of usage. trust me. i was in the same bucket. doesn't matter what you do, **if you're in a 0 - 1 building sprint, you'll prob run out of usage.** if you;re 1 - 10, you prob wont.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1wh6524/cancelled_claude_max_20x_after_unusually_fast/pa00rav/)
 - Praise, OpenCode, @opencode, 2026-09-16: “@dfk_helper @anthropicai @openai @opencode @openclaw installed once and then forgot, really convenient, especially the automatic resizing of images for context 🙌” [source](https://twitter.com/1716454003440283648/status/2100161441332609245)

- **Video, GIFs and odd file types bounce** ([Images, PDFs and file attachments as input](https://feedbackbench.com/criteria/context.attachments.md)). Users want agents to accept the files they already have. Video, animated GIFs and plain-text config files often get refused or misread.
Video input is tied for the top request, driven mostly by Antigravity users. A Claude Code user wants the agent to recognise that an animated GIF shows behaviour, not a single still. Antigravity users want .log, .xml, .sql and .conf files attachable without renaming them to .txt. When video does work, it lands well. One Antigravity user saw an .mp4 passed straight into the native file viewer.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-05: “plain text `.log`, `.xml`, `.sql`, `.conf` should be attachable without renaming them to `.txt`” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1vxpkhb/call_for_feedback/p7ywy17/)
 - Complaint, Claude Code, @ClaudeDevs, 2026-09-11: “. @claudedevs it sure would be nice if claude was smart enough to know i passed it an animated gif so it can see the behavior i want to fix...” [source](https://twitter.com/1845101/status/2098355902026031269)
 - Praise, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-18: “mine didn't convert anything to images. it passed the .mp4 straight into the native view_file tool” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wjfs2m/since_when_can_antigravity_watch_videos_or_is/paiezzk/)

- **Images read as text, not pictures** ([Images, PDFs and file attachments as input](https://feedbackbench.com/criteria/context.attachments.md)). Even when attachments land, some users find agents transcribe or guess instead of looking, which defeats the point of sending a screenshot.
A Claude Code user says images get OCRed for their text and little else. Others see newer models infer content from PDFs and spreadsheets where strict transcription was wanted, and do it confidently. A Cline user calls image analysis poor enough to waste effort. The upside shows too. One Antigravity user only got a hallucination corrected after showing a screenshot.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-18: “but when i send in images it ocrs and grabs the text. how is this better?” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1wjhkef/rate_limits_are_so_bad_right_now_open_source/pamp0z0/)
 - Complaint, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-16: “the audit is where i'd be careful drawing the conclusion. a fresh session auditing prior work finds mistakes almost regardless of model, that's just what an audit prompt does, and you'd probably have gotten a list out of 4.8 too. the rebuild going smoothly is the stronger signal of the two. the pattern itself matches what i see though. on strict extraction out of pdfs and spreadsheets the newer ones do more inferring where you wanted transcription, and it reads as confident rather than wrong.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1wi8ta3/claude_opus_46_max_is_handling_a_specific_task/pa9a17n/)
 - Complaint, OpenAI Codex, r/codex, 2026-09-15: “yes, i don't do basic website, i compare it to previous work with codex. either way, it handles image analysis quite badly which can cause quite a waste. having said that, i used cline in vscode like i said, maybe with dedicated harness it would be better.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/codex/comments/1wgrvmy/regret_paying_for_codex_shouldve_tried_this_before/pa0j51j/)
 - Praise, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-05: “i'm getting good results i'm just also getting some fairly basic hallucinations for some reason even when i tell it something. was weird i had to show a screenshot of what i was talking about for it to correct itself after it was arguing with me lol” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1w81yel/gemini_38_flash_review/p8245gn/)

### Who stands out

- **OpenAI Codex (stronger)**. The only agent better than peers here. Users credit sharper screenshot reading and broader input types than rivals.
Posts rate its screenshot reading above competitors. Users praise the app for watching Loom video and for capturing where you left off in another app. Others note the CLI opens files the ChatGPT app cannot. Complaints are narrower: weak image analysis for one user, and appshots failing in a single Xcode window. Its users want to annotate and crop screenshots before sending.
 Evidence:
 - Praise, OpenAI Codex, X search: OpenAI Codex, Codex CLI, Codex app, 2026-09-07: “@giordanorandone i churned from claude a few days ago. the codex app can watch loom video. say no more.” [source](https://twitter.com/1764777484669890560/status/2096952702492172741)
 - Praise, OpenAI Codex, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-09: “what effort level are you using? i also noticed that it's not as good at reading screenshots as codex was.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1wbpd84/anthropic_really_fumbling_the_ball_huh/p8rpbv6/)
 - Praise, OpenAI Codex, X search: OpenAI Codex, Codex CLI, Codex app, 2026-08-31: “also: did you know, that you can switch from grokbot over to codex app and "+" in your chatbox "add grokbot" and it will automatically screen capture where you left off in grokbot to pull it into your initial chat? neat.” [source](https://twitter.com/1776135901363515392/status/2094566258091897216)
 - Praise, OpenAI Codex, X search: OpenAI Codex, Codex CLI, Codex app, 2026-09-12: “@cooperx86 funny chatgpt (app) can't access the file but codex (cli) can access no problems” [source](https://twitter.com/1205730701703819264/status/2098839135289041176)

- **Google Antigravity (weaker)**. The heaviest complaint load on this criterion. Most of it targets a CLI that will not take pasted images, plus missing input types.
Once files are in, users like its image handling. One says it embeds images faster than rivals. The friction is at entry: no clipboard paste in the CLI, previews that stay blurred until opened, and file types rejected by extension. Its users lead the requests for video input and drag-and-drop.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-25: “only if paste image from clipboard working properly, i will use cli. you don't have that problem?” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wp6mpo/poll_how_do_you_code_in_late_2026/pbx4jjk/)
 - Complaint, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-27: “oh yes the inability to paste screenshots etc really bothered me but with remote control, its working flawlessly.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wqmd4n/why_is_the_antigravitycli_so_underrated/pcam2z8/)
 - Complaint, Google Antigravity, r/google_antigravity, 2026-09-16: “true. opening the image worked. otherwise it stays blurred.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1whsyhq/i_will_keep_posting_to_show_how_incapable_gemini/pa4zdyj/)
 - Praise, Google Antigravity, @antigravity, 2026-09-12: “cowork does a terrible job at embedding images in emails, constant failures & crashes. @googlegemini @antigravity however, embeds 200kb images in seconds and understands image handling / coding on a much higher level than grokbot & claude.” [source](https://twitter.com/1432261/status/2098613387332616583)

- **Claude Code (mixed)**. Users trust it to read images enough to paste screenshots instead of text. Entry friction and usage cost hold it back.
Users describe it picking up every detail from a single concept-art image. Others now send screenshots of errors instead of pasting the text. Complaints cover drag-and-drop failing in the CLI, animated GIFs treated as stills, and raw PDFs or images burning usage. Its users also want the agent to read its own generated artifacts.
 Evidence:
 - Complaint, Claude Code, @ClaudeDevs, 2026-09-19: “dragging screenshots into claude code cli doesn't work i have to cmd+v please fix this @claudeai @claudedevs @bcherny @claudecodelog” [source](https://twitter.com/2026063233543462913/status/2101424122018349529)
 - Praise, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-02: “i don't do it very often, but i was working with chatgpt imagegen on some concept art, and because a lot of work had been done iterating inside of the concept art, i just showed it to claude (which was where codified design was occurring) and it picked up all the details just from that image. not an intended workflow, and i've only done it once or twice, but i take it for granted that it can work if i need to. which also increases my brain plasticity: "remember these tools enable all kinds of interactions that did not exist 3 years ago".” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1w4qziv/ok_this_is_wild_used_claude_fable_51_and_said/p7aa387/)
 - Praise, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-18: “troubleshooting in general. it's a great skill to have but what do most people do? google things and then mindlessly click things or enter commands they find on reddit or other forums? ai takes the research part away and just gives the solution. if you want to dive deeper into why something worked and what caused it, you can start by asking ai to explain! i'm at the point where i don't even paste text anymore, i just take screenshots of the issue and paste the images.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1wjt3kc/whats_the_most_boring_thing_you_use_claude_for/palow3j/)
 - Praise, Claude Code, r/ClaudeCode, 2026-09-09: “yup! that’s a great starting point. it also works to grab a full page screenshot of the linkedin experience page if you have an account.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeCode/comments/1w8e6i5/i_built_a_job_search_engine_for_claude_code_it/p8szfdh/)

### Fine print

- Most agents have too few posts to rank. Factory, Cline, Kiro and several others rest on a handful of complaints.
- Screen control and computer use are scored separately under work.computer_browser_use.
- Some posts compare agents across subreddits, so a few complaints about one agent appear in another agent's community.

## Top requests

What users ask to add or change, most asked first. 84 author-weeks ask for something. Requests do not change the Feedback Score. Rule: A separate pass by Claude Sonnet 5 reads every counted post and extracts what the author asks the agent or its vendor to add or change, with the criteria it maps to and a short normalised wording; it does not touch the labels or the Feedback Score. Claude Opus 5.5 groups the wordings within each criterion (the first criterion the request maps to) into themes; code counts them. A theme counts distinct author-weeks that ask for it, per agent; across agents, one author-week per agent. Themes asked in fewer than 2 author-weeks, and requests that share no theme, are not shown. Examples: up to 3 posts per theme from different authors, without slurs, preferring posts of 60 to 450 characters, most recent first.

### 4. Annotate and crop screenshots before sending

- Cursor, 2026-09-03, @cursor_ai (X): “@kayforkind @cursor_ai @bot it already reads the file. the missing step is someone else commenting on that file instead of a screenshot. <strict_link>” [source](https://twitter.com/1972979742711459840/status/2095421235752812655)
- OpenAI Codex, 2026-09-21, r/codex (Reddit): “def need something like this but think of it as an easier way to mock up and better prompting. there’s ui shit that comes back and it’s hard to take a screenshot and type. like i want a tool that can crop and i use voice to text to mark that section then on the same canvas pull a different section. so i want to be able to easily reference multiple pics and annotate them so i can paste it as a prompt but that’s like the friction too i don’t want t” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/codex/comments/1wmnj97/would_you_let_a_tool_screenshot_your_screen_for/pb93un9/)
- OpenAI Codex, 2026-09-19, r/codex (Reddit): “nice separation here: peekr owns the durable bug queue, and the coding agent owns the fix. have you considered making attachments typed references rather than only screenshots? some bugs only make sense as state before click → interaction → result. i build clipy, which creates agent-readable context from a recording. the smallest integration i can imagine is peekr storing either a local arec path or a context url on the issue, then exposing it” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/codex/comments/1wk55jj/i_got_tired_of_retyping_the_same_bugs_into_my/paqx5d3/)

### 5. Drag and drop files into chat

- Google Antigravity, 2026-09-14, r/google_antigravity (Reddit): “why is .md an unsupported media file in antigravity but supported in the ide?” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wfvc90/angravity_vs_ide/)
- Cursor, 2026-09-05, @cursor_ai (X): “@cursor_ai @spacex @spacexai is it just me? now you can't drag and drop files to chat to reference in prompts. that's pretty useful for [this.md] to be [<strict_link>].” [source](https://twitter.com/835304043266224128/status/2096296875012075848)

### 6. PDF input and rendering support

- Google Antigravity, 2026-09-05, @antigravity (X): “@nlycskn @antigravity @thtbee_ i have been using agy for quite long and i can tell now with 3.8 flash it’s much better. but couple of things. first is the lack of native viewer for pdf, html etc 2. when an error occur in a conversation most of the time it never works in retry. way to continue is to start fresh” [source](https://twitter.com/70040590/status/2096340372221808919)
- Claude Code, 2026-09-03, @ClaudeDevs (X): “actually depends what's on the pdf. how many elements and pages. each piece has to be broken down and tokenized. that process can be costly, definitely on a costly model. but, from a token economics pov, yes, it does need to be improve. rendering a pdf shouldn't be so expensive.” [source](https://twitter.com/1433888947/status/2095433278811460041)

### 7. Reference project files and docs in context

- OpenAI Codex, 2026-09-17, r/codex (Reddit): “it would be nice if they allowed you to pin selected documents to a context window.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/codex/comments/1wiozg0/i_use_hooks_to_make_codex_reread_our_conversation/pacrhi1/)
- Google Antigravity, 2026-09-10, @antigravity (X): “agreed @antigravity with gemini flash 3.8 is excellent tooling. i used to make heavy use of the embedded claude 4.6 thinking. no more. 3.8 with subagents and goals is awesome. one gripe/bug. documents like md referenced in artifact or conversation open but linked documents within those documents are "file not found". it should behave like a url @officiallogank” [source](https://twitter.com/1766559878657556480/status/2098121442189525486)
- Cursor, 2026-09-08, r/cursor (Reddit): “is anyone else burning through their cursor pro limits in like 3 days? every time i ask a question about my project, it seems to re-read the entire 100-page pdf i uploaded to the project knowledge base. it's eating my requests. how do you guys fix this?” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/cursor/comments/1waudhf/burning_through_cursor_pro_limits_because_of/)

### 8. Higher image attachment limits

- OpenCode, 2026-09-24, @opencode (X): “@opencode @thdxr maybe continue the chat but remind the agent that it can only ask for 30 images max? like a failed read tool call. <strict_link>” [source](https://twitter.com/1729496310238375936/status/2103177003885334703)

- Claude Code, 2026-09-17, @ClaudeDevs (X): “why can i still only attach 5 images to claude code but 20 images in normal chat ? it’s 2026 @claudeai @claudedevs just let me have 20 for early , but also there’s no reason to actually have a limit on anything , just queue them , if i add 20 i literally say there will be more” [source](https://twitter.com/860967132489801728/status/2100684652390330432)

### 9. Agent can read its own generated artifacts

### 10. Attach arbitrary non-media files

- OpenCode, 2026-09-02, r/opencode (Reddit): “i have been enjoying opencode 2 after using pi for a while. it's currently in beta but when using the tui i didn't run into any major problems. api is great, similar to pi you can modify it easily and overall it's a huge leap from opencode 1. but when i started to use it across multiple devices via tailscale, cracks started to appear. my main issues were, \- web ui couldn't handle attachments. performance was all over the place. \- no way to di” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/opencode/comments/1w52vly/whats_happening_with_opencode_2/)

### 12. Reference external docs like Google Drive

- Google Antigravity, 2026-09-12, r/google_antigravity (Reddit): “good shout i've noticed docs gemini is getting better, but antigravity gemini thinks is a posturing pos. recently added a docs link scratch pad to my repo. sadly antigravity couldn't read it. i'd really like to be able to share a gemini notebook or 3 with antigravity. stick project documentation and realworld stuff in it.” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1we8549/antigravity_projects_is_a_massive_sleeper_why_the/p9eqcdx/)

- Google Antigravity, 2026-09-26, r/google_antigravity (Reddit): “one friction point whenusing ag (non-ide) is how to easily reference google drive files in a chat? i see the "+" icon in the chat message field but that seems to be only for images, etc. i was expecting a more seamless integration with drive like gemini app's "add from drive" option. currently, i have to do a right click on the file or folder in my drive and click the "copy link" option and then paste that back into ag. is this the correct workf” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1wqqeep/whats_proper_way_to_use_google_drive_in_ag/)

### OpenAI Codex

- Praise, 2026-09-25, X search: OpenAI Codex, Codex CLI, Codex app (X): “@theo no inline image renderings. ie i ask codex to generate an image and it says it is showing it to me but t3 code doesn’t show it. codex app does” [source](https://twitter.com/997228657159688194/status/2103404608362082506)

### Claude Code

- Praise, 2026-09-25, @ClaudeDevs (X): “yes. it can review, analyze and fix bugs - automously; both in code and graphics. in fact, as i type this, i am working with a claude code agent on a graphics bug. it can 'see' by taking and comparing screen shots. which is also where tools like dxvk, renderdoc etc come in. they can use them to visualize graphics and are able to 'see' whatever it is you see. e.g. one of my agents just used imagemagick to convert an entire folder of graphic images” [source](https://twitter.com/12364172/status/2103335647905714686)

- Praise, 2026-09-19, @antigravity (X): “the papercut i needed solved and i am so glad i built. introducing snapbridge for antigravity 📸 jumping from @antigravity to google chrome, grabbing the screenshot, then pasting it back into antigravity is something i do a zillion times a day. now i don't have to jump through hoops, and stay focused on developing those loops!” [source](https://twitter.com/23490311/status/2101422722106462646)

### Devin

- Praise, 2026-09-23, @cognition (X): “@cognition direct messages, file attachments and self-updating make this feel like more than a code window — it can handle the handoffs around the task too” [source](https://twitter.com/1037725470630891520/status/2102827914614202471)
- Praise, 2026-09-16, @cognition (X): “@lenxism @cognition hi devin can do this but i created an mcp specific to do this faster. you can find it at <strict_link> just ask devin to take screenshots at specific windows app. it will give them ready for demos or for context when devin needs to see the app progress. good luck!!” [source](https://twitter.com/851160390541201408/status/2100242490359943673)

- Complaint, 2026-09-06, r/cursor (Reddit): “any idea how to replace the copilot chat box (on the right hand side) with claude code? i know the claude code itself provides similar interface (which is also on the right hand side), but one thing i couldnt do is to highlight a generated text in the chat and reply to it like in cursor, also, pasting a screenshot in that chatbox doesnt work in mac, i'll have to let the thumbnail goes away then manually paste the screenshot file” [source](https://www.reddit.com/r/cursor/comments/1w84npz/alternative_to_cursor/p85n177/)
