Interpretation, not measurement. Hermes Agent does best at connecting to the services people use. Its users say the connectors come built in, so they don't have to build their own, and that it works with tools such as Home Assistant. OpenClaw and Muse also rank high. This matters to users: it is the 5th most rated of 53 criteria for AI personal agents. Grok Bot is last, 7th of 7, and its users write 34% of the category's complaints here. Hark and ChatGPT Dots also rank low. ### What separates the best from the rest Users of the top agents say those agents reach their tools. Hermes Agent users praise its built-in connectors. OpenClaw users link closed messaging apps and Google Workspace. Muse users say it connects to their other apps. Users of the bottom agents describe gaps. Hark can't reach Yahoo Mail, QuickBooks or iCloud. Users say ChatGPT Dots connects to email, chat apps and Google calendars and docs, and little else. For each criterion with at least 30 complaining user-weeks, a large language model reads 150 complaint posts drawn at random and names 4 to 8 failure modes; a second large language model then puts every complaint post on that criterion in one mode, or in Other when it fits none.
