Complaint share: 62%. ## The brief Written by large language models from this page's numbers and the posts it quotes, then checked: every number in the text is in the build. Interpretation, not measurement. Grok Bot is the best agent to talk to. Its users say they call it by voice every day, and that it answers fast and holds a conversation well. Hermes Agent and ChatGPT Dots also rank high. Voice makes up 2.0% of what users of AI personal agents rate, and 62.4% of rated user-weeks complain. ChatGPT Dots users rate it most often, at 7.1% of what they rate. Muse and Hark rank low. Muse users mostly ask for a voice mode the app does not have, and they account for 47% of the category's complaints about voice. ### What separates the best from the rest Users of the leading agents describe real calls. They phone Grok Bot and ChatGPT Dots, talk to them on the go and get quick spoken replies. Hermes Agent users connect live voice engines and can call from a watch. Users of Muse and Hark describe voice that is missing. Muse users ask for a voice mode, and some say they will stop using the app until one arrives. Hark users say it has no voice and that its transcription is worse than the phone's built-in dictation.
